mikveh

Learn about the ancient ritual of immersion in a mikveh, explore how you can make this ritual meaningful in your life, and discover creative approaches to immersing in natural bodies of water. Modalities will include live presentations, break-out conversations, shared texts, and plenty of Q&A.

This three-part series will include:

  • the history, modern reinvention, and spiritual relevance of mikveh as a Jewish ritual for today
  • educational and ritual resources for creating your own meaningful mikveh practice
  • ideas for enhancing an existing mikveh or using natural bodies of water for immersions
  • examples of using mikveh for healing, transformation and renewal
