As outlined in our 2021-2026 Strategic Plan, we are currently looking ahead to the next several years of our work, and we want to know: What do you think Reconstructing Judaism should prioritize for the future? 2. Reconstructing Judaism runs Ritualwell and Evolve: Groundbreaking Jewish Conversations, two websites and podcasts for original, progressive Jewish rituals and groundbreaking Jewish conversations, as well as two podcasts: “Evolve” and “Hashivenu.” Have you ever explored these websites, participated in their events, or listened to these podcasts?

3. Since 1968, the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College has trained hundreds of rabbis, in addition to educators and Jewish leaders, cultivating leadership that reflects the rich diversity of our community. We are working to lower barriers to entry to these programs, so everyone who is called to become a rabbi is able to serve. What do you see as the biggest reason to support a more diverse and inclusive rabbinate?

4. In 2021 Reconstructing Judaism made a series of specific anti-racist commitments and we are now working to implement those commitments. In your opinion, what are the most important ways Reconstructing Judaism can help dismantle systemic racism in our communities and beyond?

5. Reconstructing Judaism has grown over the years to include a multi-continental congregational union, leading rabbinic seminary, printing press, summer and youth programs, professional networks, podcasts, and popular education platforms that publish dozens of resources and events. We reach more than 900,000 people each year. Of our organization’s total work, what do you value most? What would you like to see us do more of in the years ahead, and what would you want to make less of a priority?
