He is Vice Chair of the Caesar Rodney Institute, a non-partisan think tank in Delaware. Bob owns a manufacturing business with locations in Delaware, New Jersey and Massachusetts and is active in the Delaware State Chamber, The Delaware Manufacturing Alliance and Chairman of the leadership Council of DE for NFIB.Ā
