Join us from March 12 – 15, 2026 for B’Yachad: Rekindling Light and Joy. Over these four days, we will come together to learn from visionary teachers and passionate community leaders, engage in meaningful conversations that spark new possibilities. We’ll pray and celebrate with the full joy that defines our movement. We’ll share special musical moments that lift our spirits and connect our hearts across communities.

As we gather, we will honor Rabbi Deborah Waxman’s transformative 13 years as president and CEO of Reconstructing Judaism and celebrate Seth Rosen as he concludes his impactful tenure as board chair. This convention marks both a celebration of extraordinary leadership and a moment to kindle the light that illuminates our path forward.

B’Yachad will be an opportunity for you to reconnect with friends from conventions past and to form new friendships, as well as to deepen your sense of belonging to this community of communities. In this time of rekindling, we invite you to rediscover the joy that sustains our sacred work and the light that guides our shared journey of reconstructing Judaism.

If you choose to give your time, energy and resources to this gathering, we hope you will be transformed—perhaps by an encounter with a visionary teacher, a conversation that sparks new possibilities, or a musical moment that touches your heart. You will leave with many takeaways: resources, fresh insights, and even more questions that will fuel your continued growth. We hope you’ll return home excited about all you experienced and inspired to share the rekindled light and joy that can strengthen your own community.
