Hotel Cancellation Policy
Individual guestroom cancellation MUST occur by 6:00 PM Eastern Time two days (at least 48 hours) prior to arrival. If a guest does not check-in OR has not cancelled their reservation by 6:00 PM Eastern Time two days prior to arrival, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Guests should notify the hotel directly of their cancellation to receive a cancellation number.
