Why Should I Make A Gift From My IRA?

• Tax benefits: A charitable gift transferred from your IRA directly to Reconstructing Judaism will not be taxed and qualifies for the required minimum distribution.
• Ease: You do not need an attorney to make this gift. Simply contact your fund administrator. Reconstructing Judaism’s tax ID number is 23-1710675.
• Flexibility: An IRA gift can be unrestricted or directed to a specific program of Reconstructing Judaism.

To Make An IRA Gift, You Need To:

• Be age 70½ or older.
• Contribute any amount up to $100,000 from your IRA.
